Worst worst bank ever. When you’re opening the account they pretend that everything will be easy. Get a problem please no one will mind you. You will have to figure out everything yourself and end up leaving the bank after them wasting your time and money. Never regretted a decision like I have regretted ever having an account with them

Arguably the worst banking service you will experience in Uganda. Very unreliable ATMs, Very messy mobile application, Very under staffed branches, Poor reaction time, very non bothered administration. If you doubt try it.

There are contacts don’t go through
The mobile app is the worst keeps reacting sometimes you make a transaction and you don’t receive the money, the money doesn’t bounce bank to your wallet immediately unless you make a thousand calls to them if not you won’t receive the money back, you don’t receive messages when you do deposits but will receive them when you withdraw really sucks, it’s really the worst and honestly tired

Arguably the worst bank you will ever come across. Incredibly unmotivated depressed staff who refuse to even attempt to work. If the staff and management have no interest in running a bank why do they even have a license in the first place

Avoid it they never respond to any queries it is clear they don’t want to operate or put in the effort to speak with customers with respect.
It is truly an embarrassment as they call themselves the “ pan African bank” utter nonsense

Very friendly staff, but I almost spent 4 hours of waiting! There were 4 staff altogether but only 01 was a teller.

For any one who has been following my reviews. They are transparent and well thought of before written out. For starters the customer care is below poor. I have no other word of measure to use. The account opening process is a longgg one. That I promise you but you shall get the account and atm the same day you succeed in getting all the required. After. You are able to start transacting for a few days then you start having trouble with the debit card. This is where you will notice they don’t have an active customer care helpline. As I talk. I am still sitting (for an hour) now without being attended to. Worst bank I have ever been to so far. Stanbic, GTbank, all these banks gave me a false impression that also other banks are great. Eihggg. Ecobank.

It is a very disappointing bank, they are so rude and disrespectful. They take people's money without even an explanation. The managers are rude as well and ruthless.
